More Than Just Ears hearing education for 90 years
90 years ago we started as the Victorian Lipreading Club, focused on bringing people with hearing loss together to find ways to improve their ability to communicate and connect.
Reviewing our archives reveals that despite huge shifts in society, policy, and research, our organisation has been steadfast in tackling this invisible problem.
Now as Soundfair, we achieve this by creating a connected community of people living with hearing conditions; providing wellbeing focused hearing care; enhancing the knowledge and skills of healthcare providers and employers; and, improving the knowledge and hearing health related behaviours of the public.
